kanra yelped slightly as she felt the arms around her neck. “that hurt~ poor kanra-chan couldn’t breathe ..” she turns to face her attacker. who could this girl be? she doesn’t seem familiar. she seems harmless enough. i guess i won’t hurt her.. for now. “ah~ and who might you be? were you expecting someone else?” she grins, playing with the knife in her hand. “kanra-chan~ that’s what you can call me~”
“A-aah…!” She quickly jumps off, bowing and blushing at her mistake. “Y-yes, I was expecting my…er, older brother, Izaya-san…” She looks up at the girl with wide, blinking eyes. “Eh? Kanra-chan? That’s a very pretty name…I-I’m Saki!”
“Iza—ah.. Orihara-san~ I know who you speak of~” Kanra grins. So I finally meet his little sister.. how cute~ I’ll have fun with her~. “Ah~ Isn’t Saki-san so sweet~?” she laughs. “It’s a pleasure to meet you, Saki-san~”

The girl gives a little smile and tugs at a loose lock of her short hair. “Y-you know him?” A light blush grows on her cheeks, and she laughs lightly. “Ah, I’m n-not cute! But thank you, Kanra-chan is nice for saying that. It’s very nice to meet you, too! Hmm…about myself? There’s not much…I like to bake and clean and…plant flowers…o-oh, and I have the best boyfriend in the whole wide world!~”
“Oh, Kanra-chan knows him all right~” she smiles. “Orihara-san hasn’t mentioned me, has he? How mean~” Kanra grins at the girl. “Noo~ Saki-san is the nice one~” she laughs a little. ”Hn, best boyfriend in the world..? Kida-kun… ah~ she means Masaomi Kida.. I had a feeling but I needed to make sure. How cute~ “Ah~ Young love is so cute!” she claps her hands excitedly. “Masaomi-san is cute~ and very nice. We’ve… met before.” she tilts her head slightly. “How long have you two been together, hn~?”
Saki blushes and puts her hands to her cheeks. “Hehe~ Really? You’ve met him? That’s nice!” She tilts her head with a small smile. “….Ehhh…well, at first we were together a year and then we kind of broke up…but then we got back together and it’s been almost 2 years now! Why does Kanra-chan want to know…?”
Kanra laughs and nods. “Kanra-chan has met Masaomi-san many times~ We don’t talk too much though~” she smiles innocently at the girl. “Two years~? Congratulations~! Kanra-chan is happy for you two~”

The small girl was walking along the street until she saw a familiar coat—the one that belonged to her guardian. She grinned to herself; this was a perfect sneak-attack opportunity! Holding her breath, she launched herself at the figure and shouted, SURPRIIISE!!~” once she had her arms wrapped tightly around it’s neck. Then, horror struck her. It wasn’t Izaya-san! “A-aah…! I’m so s-sorry!”
